The Electricity North West Group of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme (ESPS) recently held an election to fill two Member-Nominated Trustee Director vacancies.
Two nominees put themselves forward for the two vacant positions, so there was no need to hold a ballot.
Chris Dooley, who stood for re-election, will remain in post and serve a further four-year term from 11 March 2021.
Ken Scott, an active member of the Scheme, will formally take office immediately before the Trustee Board meeting on 11 March 2021 and serve for a four-year term.
In other Trustee news there are two new Company-Appointed Trustee Directors.  With effect from 1 October and 1 November respectively, Gillian Williamson and Irina Krumova have joined the Trustee board, replacing Martin Yates and Danny Clarke.
