To report a member's death, please contact the scheme administrator, using the details below. 

If the member was in the DB scheme, call Broadstone on 02476 472 580, or email [email protected]. 

If the member had DC benefits, call LifeSight on 01737 230 444 or email [email protected]

The administrator will need to know the member’s full name, date of birth, National Insurance number, date of death and confirmation of who should be contacted going forward.

The person dealing with the member’s affairs will also need to send the administrator the member’s death certificate and a copy of the will, if one is available.
